The Jenn's Uncommon Critters Rescue Program takes in animals in need and works to make sure they are healthy and cared for before adopting them out to forever homes.
All funds from adoption fees go directly to the care of the animals which include, but are not limited to, housing, feeding, veterinary care, and advertisement for adoption.
Thank you for your interest in adopting an animal from Jenn’s Uncommon Critters. Our mission is to provide a safe place for animals in need and an educational experience for children and adults with reptiles, invertebrates, and small mammals.
Placing animals in new homes is a responsibility we take very seriously. Our adoption program includes an application form and legal adoption agreement.
All persons interested in adopting a pet from Jenn’s Uncommon Critters must be 18 years of age or older and must read and complete the forms.
All pets need a loving, secure home with proper food, water, shelter, exercise, and medical care provided. If you cannot provide a lifetime home for a pet, do not adopt it!
On occasion we may have enclosures available to go with the animals. These enclosures would be an additional fee and all funds would go back to the rescue.
If you feel that our adoption fees are too high please reconsider adopting an animal. These costs are lower than the cost of an exotic vet visit.
*All adoptable animals are adopted as pet only. While we may have some idea of their morph based on looks and prior owner information, there is not way to guarantee their genetics. Therefore these animals are not to be used for breeding.
