Info: Sheldon is a special needs dragon who will need a patient and experienced adopter. He has signs of MBD in his front feet and toes, thick nails, and is missing a small portion of his tail due to tail rot. He also has signs of neurological issues which affect his movements and his ability to shoot his tongue. As a result, he needs extra care in his set up and feedings. He likes baths but often poops in his water. He is not fond of men. He is sometimes spicy and will black beard when you pick him up but quickly relaxes once out of his cage. Since he was previously hand fed, he will sometimes go after fingers. If you curl your fingers into a fist he can not get your knuckles and will settle when he realizes you do not have food.

Info: Simba is a sweet, docile, and very handleable snake. She is very social and would do well with a knowledgeable handler with plenty of time to spend with her. Species: Eyelash Crested Gecko

Description: Tan & Orange

Gender: Male

Info: Dexter is a typical Crested Gecko who spends his days sleeping in the greenery of his enclosure and his nights exploring and hunting. Crested Geckos are not typically a pet that is handled much but are fun to watch. If you do choose to handle a Crested Gecko, keep in mind that they have a tendency to jump. They are an arboreal species and must have vertical climbing space filled with plants and branches. Higher humidity levels are also essential for them to thrive.

Dexter is a "frog butt" as he dropped his tail because a cat was nearby and caused distress. He is a good eater and does well with the Pangea food mixes. He seems to really like the Watermelon. He will also hunt crickets as a treat and enrichment activity.

Info: Joker is a sweet and very handleable dragon and loves to be out of his enclosure. He came to us from the DC Rescue Alliance after being picked up by Animal Control officers due to an unsafe situation. Joker will nibble on greens but does not have a huge appetite for them. He does however, enjoy his bugs and will eat them rather quickly. He does glass surf a bit so backgrounds are very helpful in a glass enclosure.

Species: Eyelash Crested Gecko

Description: Brown & Tan

Age: ~5 ½ years (DOB Feb. 18') 

Gender: Male

Info: Saffron is a typical Crested Gecko who spends his days sleeping in the greenery of his enclosure and his nights exploring and hunting. Crested Geckos are not typically a pet that is handled much but are fun to watch. If you do choose to handle a Crested Gecko, keep in mind that they have a tendency to jump. They are an arboreal species and must have vertical climbing space filled with plants and branches. Higher humidity levels are also essential for them to thrive.

Saffron has a fully intact tail and uses it quite frequently. He currently lives in a full bioactive and loves peeking out from the big leaves. He is a good eater and does well with the Pangea Insect Mix and Pangea Papaya Mix. He will also take the Pangea Growth & Breeding if it is mixed in with the other two. He does not like the watermelon or dragon fruit mixes. He will also hunt Dubia and crickets as a treat and enrichment activity. He has a small scar on the right side of his nose from an injury he received after an escape.

Info: "11" is a docile and very handleable snake, however he is a little head shy. "11" has a stub tail as he lost part of it as a result of an infection from rat bites. He was cared for and rehabbed so the scars are now barely visible. As a result he is scared of adult rats and will only eats live wean rats (weekly).

Info: "Nugget" is a sweet little Leo who loves to move and groove. When out of her enclosure she wants to explore everything. Nugget was left in front of pet store in a cardboard box. An employee who was concerned for her well being brought her to us. She is quite small, weighing in at 31 g. Nugget has MBD in her legs and spine but still loves to climb up and over the hides in her tank. With proper nutrition, UVB, and supplements she can continue to thrive without the disease worsening.

Info: Blue is an amazing girl who absolutely loves affection and snuggling in with you! She loves baths and has not met a vegetable she does not like. Blu is hearty eater and will put doen two bowls of "salad" a day. She has had some issues with her mouth and an abscess that was recently removed by our vet. The cause of this abscess an injury to her face and food getting trapped in her jaw. As such it is important to make sure her mouth is clear after eating and that she is not glass surfing/banging. She has also lost the tip of her tail due to tail rot and that was also treated by our vet.

Info: Bert is a handsome and loveable guy! He loves to explore, snuggle and just chill out on his log. We've been told he was born with neurological issues, and while some of his movements are a little jerky, it does not stop him from moving and eating. He does benefit from low-lying "furniture" in his enclosure to limit falls and injury. He's a big guy at 21 inch and 560 grams so he will need a minimum of a 4'x2'x2' enclosure with proper UVB lighting and heat.

Info: Ernie is a snuggle buddy and looking for his forever family! This sweet guy is approximately 3 years old and loves a good cuddle and sunshine. He's got a good appitie and currently weighs in at 415g, measuring about 18 inches long. He does have a bit of a club foot but it does not impact him at all. He loves to explore his enclosure but is not a fan of his reflection so it helps to have the sides blocked off. Time out and socializing is also key for his well being.
